Meet Kitana
Kitana Louise is a dynamic performer known for her captivating presence, versatile talent, and blend of both song and dance. A native of Houston, Texas, she began her artistic journey with classical vocal training, which laid the foundation for a career that would span a wide range of musical genres. Over the course of her 18 years living in Music City (Nashville, TN), Kitana became nationally recognized as a showgirl specializing in both singing and dancing, with a particular focus on jazz and soul music.
As one of the founding resident performers at the iconic Skull’s Rainbow Room, Kitana brought timeless glamour and energy to the stage, delighting audiences with her powerhouse vocals. In addition to her work at Skull’s, she has made her mark as a sought-after music video/TV vixen and session singer for a variety of commercial projects on and off the screen.
Her passion for performance also led her to the world of burlesque, where she toured as a performer and served as a teacher at Delinquent Debutantes, Nashville’s first burlesque studio. Whether it was through sultry choreography, breathtaking vocals, or larger-than-life stage presence, Kitana quickly became a standout in national and international burlesque and jazz scenes.
With her unique combination of glamour, rock and roll, and soul, Kitana continues to captivate audiences nationwide, earning recognition for her ability to seamlessly blend music and movement into a one-of-a-kind experience. As of Summer 2025, she has returned to her roots and once again resides in Houston, TX. Her most recent creative project, “Lullaby of Birdland” is an hour long live band burlesque/cabaret tribute to the first lady of jazz, Ella Fitzgerald, and currently available for booking.
